I think I'd by lying if I didn't say that I have a new love.  I've always had a soft spot for Collections, but I've never seen so much of it in one place.  I was drawn into the Collections booth at SIA and Julie and Audrey had to get used to me hanging around.  I was just hoping being there would mean I'd soak up just a tiny bit of the Collections creativity.  The girls that worked on this booth are amazing.  I can't say enough about the inspiration dripping fro every piece of artwork.  I couldn't help but take some pics on my phone.  Not the best pics, but perhaps you get the idea.

 
 Do you see the spools?  They are a new Collections release.  Notice the Crown?  I saw how to make that.  Amazing.  I also sat in a class with Julie van Oosten.  My first ever.  I will join any classes I can that Julie takes.  She is one of these people that is so creative and so clever, you question her sanity.  I loved the project I made, and when I finish it (it's 95% done) I will share it. 

I'll be trying to use as much Collections in my scrapbooking adn classes as I can in future.  I can't say enough good about them.

Onto other things!
Megan's Retreat in September.  I hadn't caught up with Megan for a while, and I chatted to her the other day about things, and she showed me her website here.  She still has spaces for anyone that fancies getting away just after winter.  Lianne Gray and Louise Williams are teaching.  Should be fun!
