Hands up who has their Christmas cards done?  Christmas cards are one thing I have an expectation to do each year.  Not just from other people (where is the cute kid card?) but from myself.  I've been making handmade cards for so long that I think I'd feel I let myself down if I didn't do them.  I'm expert at making things harder than they should be – anyone else like that? I've not started yet.  I keep meaning to.

Bring on the giveaways – the following posts (chosen with the "honey, can you pick a number between one and 90?" method…)have won prizes – ladies – email me with a postal address and I'll let Stampin' Up! know where to send the goodies!

Short post tonight – I've packaging up prizes for those ladies that won the giveaways on theAutumn Escape Blog. 

I'm also still packaging class kits and sorting flowers for the Card Buffet in Christchurch (only spaces left for the card buffet I think, and about 4 in each of the other classes ?  I'm unsure but I know it's close!) The kids were helping me sort flowers but they've all gone off to bed.  What's up with that?

Leaving you with a layout from the last Tarisota kit – Similar theme to my door hanger from a few posts back.  Notice how very much I'm enjoying the modern distressed look – and thanks Louise for showing me the Faux stitching.  Layout is about how our cat Molly loves Abby, and Abby only.

    So true Nic. There are expectations and like you I haven’t started yet. Was my turn to do birthday morning tea at school today and because I usually do homemade it is expected . I was sitting in the chair at 7.30 last night thinking I am just too tired …I will buy. Guess who went to the kitchen and just couldn’t do it…so we had home baking …and tonight I am very, very tired!!!!!…late night and early morning.

    that layout is so gorgeous *sigh*.. I can’t stop looking at it…
    I had every intention of making my own cards this year but won’t get the chance as I’m busy on presents instead… oh well, maybe I’ll be more organised for next year!

    I’m loving your modern distressed look too. Christmas cards?? Mmmmm, no!! Had huge ginormous intentions but they have shrivelled to not noticable!! Maybe I’ll get the gifts tags done – cos I don’t have many of those!!

The LO you posted today is just another example of Wauw! And I too have a habit of making my xmas cards harder then they should be. I don’t believe my mother ever got one that was not still wet from the glue 😉
